Why Re-Elect Judge Susan Theall?
Judge Susan Theall served as Family Court Judge from December 2010 through December 2014. She was reelected in 2021, and during her time on the bench, has remained level-headed and fair in her rulings. She has the qualities needed to be family court judge: respectful, calm, and patient, with the courage to follow the law and make tough decisions based on the evaluation of facts and evidence presented in the courtroom. Her creation of the Kids First program and use of pre-trial conferences demonstrate her dedication to innovation and efficiency.
